Let's talk about the cool stuff you do at Axi As the FP & A Manager, you will drive financial planning and analysis activities to support strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in finance, with at least two years of dedicated expertise in FP & A.
A background in the financial services industry or trading is highly preferred.
This role demands a proactive individual who can navigate through ambiguity and large data sets and is comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.
Your EDGE Assignment/You Will Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and analyses to support key business initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights into financial performance and assist in strategic planning.Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to optimise financial outcomes.Drive the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management.Evaluate and improve existing financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Stay informed about industry trends and market changes that may impact financial performance.Collaborate with the wider Finance team to drive a culture of delivery and excellence.Are you the one? Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced finance degree is a plus.Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least two years in FP & A.Previous experience in financial services or trading is highly desirable.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with a high degree of ambiguity.Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools; advanced Excel skills required.CPA or CFA certification is a plus.Axi's bag of delights Competitive and attractive compensationExtensive learning opportunities, such as professional training and certifications and soft skills developmentIncome Protection Insurance20 days of annual leave, 5 days of paid study leave, and 1 paid volunteer day per yearSubsidised membership with ClassPass, the world's leading wellbeing subscription service#J-18808-Ljbffr
