We are now seeking a highly-skilled, proficient Estimator to join the team.
As an expert in the field, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of estimates, tender pricing, and submission schedules for projects across Brisbane.
You will join a high-performing team led by an experienced Manager, working closely with the national Estimating and Bid team to enable and support the teams' success.
You will also work closely with the project management team to ensure that all cost-related aspects are aligned with the project scope, providing support during the bidding process and ensuring that financial goals are met.
To be successful in this role, you will be: An established Estimator with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Fitout and/or Commercial Construction (ideally, new-build and refurbishment)Confident with ECI, leading this process across internal and external stakeholdersAbility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environmentA positive and motivated individual who works well with others and thrives in a team environmentAn exceptional communicator with demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractorsWhat we offer: Competitive salary in recognition of your skillset and experienceGreat office locationA supportive and engaged team with high retentionAbout West to West West to West Group is a national company specialising in a diverse suite of service offerings across Construction, Fitout, and Maintenance.
