With a healthy and growing pipeline of work, we are looking for a talented and motivated Estimator to deliver the full tender process of small to medium scale projects.
You will assist the team in the overall coordination of a portfolio of tenders, submissions and BOQs, aiding the coordination and production of attractive, high-quality submissions.
You will work in a team environment in support of the Senior Estimator and New Business Manager.
What you'll do:
Assisting in the preparation of tender proposals and submissions Liaise with suppliers and contractors to obtain quotes Partake in maintaining effective relationships with a range of external project stakeholders Contribute to maintaining accurate and up to date cost information Participate in tender interviews in support of the Senior Estimator Liaise with project teams and adhere to project schedules Suggest improvements for our estimating processes and systems About you:
Genuine passion for the Construction industry and Estimating Tertiary qualified in Construction Management / a related discipline or equivalent experience Demonstrated experience working as an Estimator across multiple projects in a Tier 1 or 2 setting (desirable) New construction and fitout background (desirable) CostX and Estimate One experience (desirable) Knowledge of construction systems and methodologies Strong relationship building, interpersonal and communication skills Able to juggle multiple priorities and context switch quickly A strong team focus, and highly motivated How you'll benefit:
