We currently have an opportunity for a HSQ & ESG Project Lead to join our dynamic team.
As the HSQ & ESG Project Lead, you will coordinate and lead key improvement projects aligned with our HSQ & ESG strategies.
You'll play a vital role in delivering on our objectives by improving health, safety, environmental, and quality outcomes across the company.
This position will require a forward-thinking, motivated individual who can leverage technology, including AI, to enhance operational efficiency.
What you'll do:
Support and contribute to HSQ & ESG strategic deliverables Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement programs Utilise AI and other technologies to enhance operational and strategic outcomes Develop and manage project plans, including change impact assessments Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones Provide regular updates and presentations on project progress Track deliverables using digital project management tools and dashboards About you:
Passionate about driving innovation and positive change to deliver excellent outcomes for our clients and stakeholders Proven experience in project management and change facilitation Proficiency in utilising software technology and AI for project management Strong communication, storytelling, and influencing skills Experience in workplace health, safety, environmental, and/or quality management Experience in the construction, infrastructure, or property sector (desired) High attention to detail and ability to deliver results efficiently Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills How you'll benefit:
