Snapshot of your new day-to-day
Manage and oversee operations on site in accordance with project programs and budgets Ensure Trades onsite operate in a safe and cooperative manner and deliver in line with contractual obligations Follow all Health, Safety, Environment and Quality processes and legislative requirements and instil a safety culture on site Use our Hammertech system to capture and report on site operations Undertake regular Health and Safety reviews Run daily pre-start meetings Identify and proactively manage risks and non-compliance issues Ensure all relevant inductions, records, registers and licenses are in place for people and plant on site Coach and mentor Graduates and junior team members on site Foundation for your success in the role
