As Influencer Manager at Elfie you will: develop and execute influencer marketing strategies, with the aim of increasing brand awareness and engagement with the Elfie Mobile App.
WHAT WE OFFER A permanent global contract, with fiercely competitive salaryMonthly 30% variable performance bonus based on achievement of KPIRelocation support to Singapore, including obtaining the Employment PassComprehensive private healthcare support from day oneIndividualised career progression and development frameworkHybrid working - 3 days in the office14 days PTO, plus national holidays offBrand new MacBook and associated tech on day oneAn inclusive culture where everybody in the business has direct impactWHAT YOU WILL DO Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to drive user engagement, brand awareness, and community building within the Elfie appIdentify and evaluate potential influencers who align with Elfie's brand values, target audience, and campaign objectivesEstablish and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiating partnerships, contracts, and deliverables to ensure mutual successCollaborate with the Content and Gamification Manager to create engaging, influencer-driven content that resonates with Elfie usersTrack and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and future partnershipsStay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging influencers to continuously enhance Elfie's influencer marketing strategyWHAT YOU WILL NEED 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the healthcare, wellness, or consumer technology industryDemonstrated success in developing and executing influencer campaigns that drive user engagement and brand awarenessStrong network of influencer contacts and relationships across various social media platforms, ideally on a regional or global basisFluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.WHY JOIN US?
