What You'll Do As our Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving strategic marketing efforts that support Gradability's growth and managing day-to-day operations.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone ready to lead end-to-end—from strategy to execution.
Core Responsibilities Include: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with the organisation's goals and regulatory requirements.Create clear, accurate, and engaging marketing materials that resonate with potential students and stakeholders.Plan and deliver marketing campaigns, content, and initiatives to generate leads and drive engagement.Utilize online marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and content marketing, to reach a wider audience.Manage marketing automation and lead nurturing programs to deliver measurable results.Create compelling campaign collateral and drive creative processes that resonate with target audiences.Analyse market trends, measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.Lead the development of content strategies, including blog articles, social media posts, podcasts, and videos.Manage our social media platforms and foster online community growth while maintaining brand voice and messaging.Drive creative programs to support Gradability's brand presence across digital and offline channels.Manage external contractors, agencies, and freelancers to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives.Take ownership of the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.Provide insights and analytics to measure campaign success and inform strategic decision-making.Core Competencies: A natural leader who can collaborate cross-functionally across several teams and influence stakeholders.Exceptional project management and prioritisation skills to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.A problem-solving mindset with a positive, outcome-oriented approach to navigating challenges.Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.A curious, adaptable mindset and a great sense of humour (we value positivity and collaboration

Professional Experience: Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a similar role.Proven success in delivering growth-focused marketing campaigns and strategies.Experience managing events, expos, and webinars to maximize impact.Expertise in digital marketing, including performance marketing, social media, and marketing automation.Strong skills in content creation, social media strategy, and online community building.Why Join Us?
