At Tactical Tradie, we're dedicated to helping trade and construction businesses thrive.
Founded by Tom, who successfully automated his own plumbing company in Melbourne and managed it remotely from the Sunshine Coast with 50 full-time employees, we've been empowering trade business owners to make money and reclaim their lives around Oz.
After a period of steady operation, we grew by 100% in a two-month period, and we're now gearing up for another 200% growth over 2025, looking for talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.
Job Description We're on the hunt for a creative, cool, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead Tactical Tradie's marketing efforts.
This isn't your average marketing role—it's a chance to own the strategy and execution of campaigns that directly drive the growth of our business.
You'll work closely with our founder, Tom, to build and implement innovative marketing strategies, create compelling content, manage lead generation, and oversee brand development.
This role is pivotal in ensuring Tactical Tradie continues to stand out in the trade coaching industry.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a management and execution role.
You will be managing people and rolling up your sleeves.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute marketing plans that align with our business objectives, focusing on lead generation and brand awareness.Content Creation: Manage our full-time offshore video editor and the creation of engaging content, including emails, social posts, and video scripts, ensuring consistent brand messaging.Campaign Management: Plan and manage our multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing efforts, using data to drive decision-making.Brand Development: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and coaching teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.CRM Management: Optimize and manage the CRM for effective lead nurturing and client communication.Event Support: Coordinate and promote webinars, help with our live events, and workshops to engage and attract leads.Skills & Experience Proven Marketing Expertise: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within a fast-paced or entrepreneurial environment.Creative Mindset: A knack for creating engaging, on-brand content and campaigns that resonate with our audience.Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to track and optimize marketing performance.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in marketing platforms, CRM tools, and design software.Exceptional Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.Collaboration Skills: A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-Starter: Proactive and independent, with a strong drive to make things happen.A Gun Manager: Manage an offshore team and other contractors, building out processes to manage tasks and projects.What's in It for You Exciting Growth Opportunities: We grew by 100% in the space of two months.
