As the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving our client's growth, building a strong brand presence, and creating a remarkable customer experience.
You will oversee and execute marketing strategies across digital channels, social media, events, and customer engagement initiatives.
You will report directly to the CEO.
We are looking for a person who is an innovative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset, strategic planner, result driven with impeccable attention to detail and communication skills.
A passion for Audio will be highly desirable.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing: Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and content creation, to drive engagement and conversion with alignment to new products and market events.Social Media Management: Create, develop, and execute social media strategies which align with the brand and connects to our customer.Ecommerce Management: Manage website content, design, and feel to ensure customers have a seamless experience.
Coordinate product launches and promotional activities online to align with the business strategy.External Marketing: Manage and review external marketing through photo shoots, catalogues and develop influencer marketing strategies where appropriate.Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for the business.
Develop competitor analysis and ensure our brand identity is connecting with our customers.Leadership: Lead and mentor one staff member.
Provide open and honest feedback and develop a framework which will allow them to thrive and develop.
Demonstrate what great looks like and support them in their marketing journey.Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, procurement, and customer service to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.Reporting: Create, manage, and report on business KPI's ensuring opportunities are seized upon and lead continuous improvements in metrics.Event Management: Plan and execute industry events with internal and external stakeholders to drive brand awareness and engage with prospective and current customers.Your Duties will includeManage and optimize our Shopify Plus platform to ensure an exceptional customer experience.Drive website conversion rate optimization and implement growth strategies.Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory presentation.Supervise the Website Assistant in maintaining product information and imagery.Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all channels.Manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms.Optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.Create and implement email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.Analyze marketing metrics and prepare performance reports.Develop compelling content strategies aligned with our premium brand positioning.Oversee social media presence and engagement across all platforms.Create engaging content for email newsletters, blog posts, and product descriptions.Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.Collaborate with suppliers for marketing assets and campaign materials.Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using Google Analytics.Generate regular reports on marketing ROI, conversion rates, and sales performance.Identify trends and opportunities for growth.Make data-driven decisions for campaign optimization.What You will Bring to the TableA minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Marketing Manager.Able to demonstrate proven experience using Shopify Plus platform.A history of executing campaigns that deliver measurable results.Expertise in digital marketing and a deep understanding of branding principles.Experience with social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, and a keen sense for emerging trends.Strong understanding of premium/luxury market dynamics.Ability to demonstrate advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools including Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, execute, and track multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.Experience in conversion rate optimization and A/B testing.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.Able to demonstrate above-average analytical and data interpretation skills.The RewardsCompetitive salary package will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
