An exciting opportunity for a Marketing professional to join Montague's growing business as their Marketing Manager.
Lead the Marketing team and manage the overall brand while working at their stunning office location next to Lysterfield Lake.
Since 1948, Montague Farms have been one of Australia's leading fruit growers, well known for their apple brand 'JAZZ', a favourite in many Australian households.
Montague also focuses on pears, stone-fruit, grapes, cherries and more.
They are passionate about producing high-quality fruit and are committed to innovation in the fruit industry.
Located next to Lysterfield Park in Narre Warren North, they own 1,000 hectares of productive orchards and significant packing operations across Australia.
DescriptionAs Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing the company's brand, marketing, events, sponsorships, and communication initiatives to maintain their reputation in the industry as a leader in fresh produce, and drive demand for their products.
You will also be responsible for:
A brand portfolio that encompasses 8 fruit brands, 2 beverage brands (apple juice and cider) as well as 1 retail/hospitality brand.
You will also be responsible for the implementation of Montague Citrus and Grape brands.Growing the domestic footprint through key retailers such as Coles and Woolworths and working with the retailers on in-store marketing campaigns, while also supporting their expansion plans for export.Developing multi-year marketing campaigns for the brand portfolio, and leading BTL retail activations, social media, and digital marketing.Contributing to ongoing innovation and NPD such as new packaging formats or fruit varieties.Building awareness of Montague services at a B2B level (packaging, warehousing, and logistics services).Leading an established Marketing team.Managing the marketing budget and resources to maximise their return.ProfileDemonstrated experience leading successful marketing campaigns with evidence of ROI.
Desirable if this has been for a food product.Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or related.Experience working with key retailers such as Coles and Woolworths is essential.A natural people leader with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong knowledge of New Product Development and project management experience.Background in food manufacturing or food FMCG is highly desirable.Job OfferPerfect opportunity for a Marketing professional to step into a Marketing management position with people leadership responsibilities.Work at their stunning Narre Warren location, situated next to their picturesque apple orchard and Lysterfield Lake.Competitive remuneration package with bonus component.Work in a knowledgeable team.Travel to regional sites.To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
