With a commitment to excellence and safety, we take pride in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients across various industries.Goodline facilitates a wide range of works, including Shutdown Maintenance, Welding and Fabrication, Civil Construction, Concreting, Plumbing, Equipment Maintenance, Refrigeration and Electrical.QUALIFICATIONS:Trade certificate Painting/Blasting (Mandatory)NACE 2 (Mandatory)Construction Induction Card (Mandatory)RTIO Inducted (Advantage)Aveling Training (Advantage)Drivers Licence (Advantage)ABOUT YOU:Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in a related fieldExperience in supervisory positionsPrevious experience working on mine sitesStrong understanding of safety procedures and practices within miningExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailA willingness to learn and adaptPerth Based PreferredDUTIES INCLUDE:Maintain and build relationships with clients, offering services, quoting and tendering works, creating win-win relationships;Manage and deliver expert advice and assistance to campaign industry best practices to ensure the quality of work delivered to clients and external stakeholders is consistently of a high standard;High level planning and strategic thinking skills with the ability to set priorities and manage complex workflows across multiple work fronts;Ensuring workers implement control measures to minimize risk to health and safety of themselves and others;Report incidents, non-conformances, and near misses and participate in incident investigations when required;Collaborate with project engineers/managers, mechanical/civil/electrical disciplines, and other stakeholders;Conduct Prestart meetings and toolbox talks.The successful candidate will be an advocate for the business both within the organization and externally.
