From major public companies to small private clients, we strive to exceed expectations and deliver tailored solutions to meet every need.The RoleAs a Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in fostering strong client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring our clients have the support and solutions they need to succeed.
You'll be a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and managing accounts to deliver outstanding results.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.Develop and deliver tailored solutions, leveraging our full suite of site services.Manage the end-to-end account process, from initial contact to ongoing support and retention.Collaborate with our Hire Teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.Identify opportunities for growth and drive new business development.Provide exceptional service and maintain a client-focused approach.Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers by communicating regularly, understanding their needs, and addressing technical questions.Generate leads and reach out to potential customers via phone and site visits.Develop a strong understanding of Brooks' services as well as the needs of our target market.What We're Looking For:Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field.Experience in access equipment, site services, construction, or equipment hire.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.Ability to work collaboratively and build rapport with clients and colleagues.A passion for delivering exceptional service and driving client success.Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.What We Offer:A supportive and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives.EAP & Employee benefits.How to Apply:Ready to take the next step in your career?
