Below is another great opportunity with one of our trusted clients.We have a great role within a well-resourced Builder/Developer, starting up their residential division.
This is a great opportunity for an estimator with CostX experience.
You ideally will have experience in the low-rise residential industry and do whole takeoffs.
This involves helping with the set-up of CostX.Responsibilities:Estimating experience in a residential builderIntermediate to advanced CostX skills, including maintaining price files and recipesThe ability to work autonomously while still being part of a teamTendering out work in stagesKnowledge of rates, suppliers, and trades in SE QueenslandBeing a detail-oriented person, you will want to ask me a lot of questions about this role, and I am happy to talk and discuss the role and your situation confidentially.
We are looking for a local candidate who has experience with the local trades and suppliers, as knowledge of local rates is important for this role.The salary will be negotiated individually depending on experience.
The role is based in the CBD and will suit someone who likes public transport or can walk or scooter to work, as there is no parking available for this role.
This role is based in the office.The name of the employer will be given at a face-to-face interview.
