The Role This is a fantastic role that sits within our Marketing and Communications team, at the very heart of Knight Frank's client-centric activities, and helps drive our focus on providing market-leading property information to our client base through hosted events, client mapping, marketing collateral and business development forums.
We're looking for someone who has a real passion for client relationship management and delivering exceptional stakeholder experiences by applying both an analytical and creative lens to all tasks, while working cross-functionally to help coordinate and steer our national growth strategy.
Key responsibilities :
Collaborate with senior business leaders to develop client engagement strategies in line with key service line – and overall national business – objectives.
Proactively revise, update and maintain our national CRM database.
Coordinate and support monthly national business development meetings focusing on top clients covering various cross-collaboration engagement strategies.
Coordinate, oversee and execute client events in conjunction with stakeholders across the wider business (in-house and external).
Demonstrate good financial management of client engagement budgets.
Build and maintain exceptional relationships with all key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Relevant tertiary qualification: Bachelor of Marketing Management, Advanced Diploma or equivalent.
Background in marketing or client engagement (minimum 2-3 years), with experience in corporate event coordination.
Client/customer-centric mindset.
High proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Working knowledge of CRM database operation, function and maintenance.
High-level written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to multi-task and handle conflicting priorities.
Exceptional time management skills.
Forensic attention to detail.
Excellent research capabilities.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Positive and proactive 'can do' attitude, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
