You will specialize in personal loans, credit cards, and insurance, in this bustling seaside location
About the role
You will work with our members to encourage them to embrace technology and support them in an increasingly digital future.
You will be empowered to:
Manage the end-to-end process for personal loan applicationsHelp our members by being a 'guru' on products and servicesMake it easy for our members to bank with usRefer members to our home loan specialists or financial plannersEmpower our members to use our digital servicesDisplay second to none service that is timely and accurate
This position will be offered on a permanent part-time basis, offering 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 09:00 am - 4:30 pm.
You will also be required to support our branches on a Saturday morning, on a rotational basis.
You will be provided with comprehensive training to support you to succeed in this role
About You
You are passionate about customer service and delivering the best possible experience for your customers.
You work with a sense of purpose and urgency and thrive in a busy, high-pressure environment while working towards set targets and deadlines.
You bring with you strong experience working with different systems and experience in a role that calls for accuracy and high attention to detail.
You feel comfortable applying sound logic, judgment, and reasoning when troubleshooting inquiries and take a proactive approach to your ongoing learning and development.
Previous experience in banking and lending is desired but not essential to be successful in this position.
