Minara Resources has an opportunity for an experienced shared services coordinator to join our established and dedicated team.Minara Resources is Australia's largest cobalt producer and a major world producer of nickel.
Our Murrin Murrin site in WA's northern Goldfields is an integrated nickel and cobalt mining and processing operation employing over 1,000 people.

Glencore employs over 145,000 people and operates around 150 mining and processing sites, oil production assets, and agricultural facilities in over 35 countries.The RoleThe successful person will become a member of a hardworking and committed team responsible for providing oversight and coordination of shared contractor services to the processing plant at Murrin Murrin by ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.You will be responsible for: Overseeing the safe and efficient delivery of shared contractor services to the Murrin Murrin processing plantConducting regular contractor performance reviews with contractor leadership to assess and enhance the contractor's performanceMaintaining accurate records and reporting of contractor activities, performance metrics, and compliance paperworkDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with the contractor leadership to enhance collaboration and mutual accountabilityAddressing operational and contractual challenges to maintain uninterrupted service deliveryAbout YouThis role would suit a strong leader with an analytical mindset and focus on efficiency.You will also have:A bachelor's degree in operations management, engineering, or similarCertificate IV or Diploma in leadership or management (advantageous)Experience and relevant High Risk Work licence working with cranes, rigging, scaffolding, and rope accessProven experience in contractor management, shared services coordination, or similar roles in a mining or refinery environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of Western Australian workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations for the mining sectorWhat We OfferWe offer a diverse range of opportunities across our multi-pit mining operations through to our complex and technically challenging hydrometallurgical process plant.Also on offer:A permanent position working directly for Minara ResourcesThe opportunity to work for a progressive industry leader in nickel mining and processingA work environment that prides itself on high safety standardsA range of health and lifestyle benefits including our Employee Assistance Program (EAP)An excellent team culture with recognition and reward programsAn attractive variable compensation program that creates a link between individual performance and company successThe opportunity to take advantage of our impressive 100 kilometres of cycling and running tracks, premium on-site gym facilities with weekly fitness and sport programsAn above industry standard superannuation contribution of 14.5%A generous private health insurance allowanceWell established on-the-job training opportunities and development programs to further your technical and leadership skillsThe ability to salary sacrifice flights, parking, super, and novated leasing etc.
