Group Engineering Role BE Campbell has undertaken a strategic review of our engineering function, creating an exciting opportunity for a skilled Project Engineer.
This role is an incredible opportunity to lead transformative projects and drive lasting change in our facilities
As a group-based Project Engineer, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects across our sites, working closely with senior engineers and production teams.
You'll be responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget, optimising processes, and supporting the seamless integration of new equipment to help us achieve our operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing project timelines, allocating resources, and overseeing project execution, ensuring all deliverables are met Leading the design, selection, and integration of new equipment, coordinating with teams and vendors for optimal installation and functionality Collaborating with production teams to identify inefficiencies and implementing lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement Developing IQ, OQ and PQ checklists for new projects Ensuring strict adherence to WHS protocols, setting safety standards and promoting a safe workplace culture across projects About Us:

What We're Looking For:
This position is ideal for an experienced project engineer ready to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage project teams, and make an impact in the fast-paced meat processing industry.
To be successful in the role you will come with:
Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field (Electrical or Automation Engineering is desirable) 3-5 years of project engineering experience within FMCG Strong proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive projects to completion Strong communication skills and sound decision-making abilities Excellent organisational skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach What's on Offer:
