You ensure that it is a welcoming environment for all and you're excited to lead your team to success.
You have a genuine desire to exceed customers expectations and guide them through their health and fitness journey.
You are up for a challenge, and actively work towards agreed targets and KPI's.
What will your day/week/month look like? You will create genuine relationships with existing and potential membersYou will structure your day to ensure you achieve monthly KPI's with the help of your teamProactively seek out and generate new leadsCreate a fun, upbeat and welcoming gym that your members will call their second homePromotion of the club within the local communityMaintain the cleanliness and 5 star appearance of the clubAdhoc administration tasks, phone calls etcBe present and creative on our social media platformsSkills that would be advantageous for your application Competent at using social media to drive the clubs exposureDemonstrate true leadership and can work under limited supervisionManagement and sales experience, decision making abilitiesWillingness to learn and tackle obstacles with a solutions based approachNatural leader and enjoy guiding a team to successA bright and positive personalityOther Key Requirements To Be Successful For This Role: Current First Aid and CPRPolice clearanceWorking with Children clearanceAbout Us: As one of the largest franchisee groups with 15 clubs spanning across NSW and VIC, we work collaboratively as an organisation to encourage goal setting and excellence in both our personal and professional lives.
