About the Location Located in Kidman Park, Food Services (FS) provide all meals to 10 of our South Australian homes.
Through FS' quality controlled and HACCP monitored and approved environment, we ensure there is consistency in the quality of meals being delivered to our residents.
About the Opportunity We are seeking dedicated and professional Food Services Assistants to join our team at Kidman Park on a permanent part-time basis (Monday - Friday).
Monday to Thursday 0700-1500 and Friday 0700-1200.
This is a busy HACCP approved Cook Chill Kitchen providing all Fresh Food requirements for the Aged Care Sector.
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be mainly responsible for:
Working with the ChefsAssisting in the preparation of dishesWashing of equipment used for preparation of dishesCleaning of kitchen according to Food Safety Standards and WHS specificationsTo be successful you will have Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc.
