Role Overview: As a Business Services Manager, you will lead and manage a portfolio of business services clients, providing strategic advice, high-quality accounting solutions, and exceptional service delivery.
You will manage a team of professionals, ensuring the smooth execution of engagements, developing relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth of the firm's business services practice.
Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Lead and manage relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and that we deliver tailored, high-quality services.Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and support a team of professionals, fostering their development and ensuring delivery of work to the highest standard.Service Delivery: Oversee the completion of business services assignments, including financial statement preparation, tax compliance, and management reporting, in accordance with relevant regulations and best practices.Project Management: Lead project teams and ensure deadlines, budgets, and objectives are met efficiently.Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and contribute to new business development.Technical Expertise: Stay up to date with the latest developments in accounting, tax, and business services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes to streamline operations and improve client service delivery.Qualifications & Experience: A qualified CA/CPA or equivalent with strong technical knowledge in accounting, tax, and business advisory services.A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a professional services firm, ideally with exposure to business services within a consulting environment.Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.Strong business acumen and experience managing a diverse portfolio of clients.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Apply now to learn more
