You will be part of a vibrant Collections Centre focused on supporting customers across different stages of delinquency through phone, email, letter and SMS contact.In this full-time role you will be part of the early-stage collections team, managing accounts as a portfolio to ensure the best solutions for customers.
Collection actions should remain customer focused with a positive brand image.You will also manage accounts assigned to external agencies, overseeing those relationships and ensuring ongoing positive brand representation.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive first call resolution and offer customers solutions to meet financial obligations.Adhere to Collections, Debt and Consumer Protection guidelines.Contribute to department targets.Work on more complex collection accounts and propose solutions.Seek approvals as needed for further collection actions.Who we're looking forCustomer service focused with strong communication abilities and adaptability.Debt collection experience in financial services, utilities or services a plus.Passion for high performance and exceeding expectations.Proven ability to handle complex collection accounts and external agencies.Available to work shifts between 7am to 6pm weekdays, with flexibility.About UsFounded in 2008 with over 200 staff nationwide and head office based in Mulgrave.We provide financing solutions for Nissan, Infiniti, Renault, Mitsubishi and Skyline customers across Australia and New Zealand to support vehicle ownership and service dealers.Our CultureWe encourage team members to:Take initiative and challenge the status quo.Strive for breakthrough strategies and continuous improvement.Work collaboratively to deliver results.You will be contributing to Nissan Financial Services vision to be the financier of choice.
