Charter Keck Cramer is a Strategic Property Advisory Firm, employing over 150 employees throughout its Gold Coast, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Singapore offices.
The firm provides a wide range of property services across Valuations, Advisory, Research, Projects and Capital.
Position Overview Charter's Valuation team in Broadbeach has an exciting opportunity for a Valuer or Senior Valuer to join their growing team.
Reporting to the Managing Director, this position will undertake Commercial Valuations across a range of commercial assets.
Core Responsibilities Respond to quote requests and communicate process and timeframesComplete onsite inspections, including appropriate record keepingCompile comprehensive Valuation reports, supported by appropriate commentary, research and analysisIdentify and develop client relationships to generate new business, whilst maintaining existing relationshipsIdentify risk and maintain compliance with industry standardsPromote and market the Charter brand and Valuation's businessPosition Requirements API membership and current certificate of compliance1-4 years commercial valuation experienceExceptional written and verbal communication skillsConcern for high quality standards and a strong attention to detailCommercially astute and client-focusedStrong interpersonal and business development skillsIf you are looking for a new challenge and would like to be a part of a professional, team-focused environment, we encourage you to apply.
