This is a busy and demanding role which requires a high level of maturity and commitment to all tasks undertaken.
You must have a positive, helpful attitude with the enthusiasm and passion to want to learn and grow.
You will need to demonstrate an ability to work well under direction, in a team environment; autonomously to complete tasks to deadlines, show outstanding client focus and service and above all, a desire to assist the team as we continue to expand.
Working closely with other team members, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Leasing inspections and negotiationsRoutine inspectionsBond vacate and PCR inspectionsPreparation of tenancy agreementsCorrespondence preparationClient liaison and managing client relationshipsChecking and approving lease applicationsProperty MaintenanceThe ideal candidate must have the following:
Experience in Property Management and LeasingThe ability to meet deadlinesHighly organised and strong attention to detailHigh level of initiative and self-motivatedWorks well under pressureHigh level of computer skills including Excel, Outlook, and WordHold a current Certificate of RegistrationValid driver's licenseWell-spoken and well presentedFast and accurate touch typing skillsHigh level of customer service and excellent rapport building skillsAbility to work as part of a teamCertificate IV in property serviceIf you have what it takes and are looking to progress your career, we'd love to hear from you.
