4 Month Contract – Manage a Premium A Grade Asset in the Heart of the CityWork onsite with a collaborative and supportive team structure.Melbourne | Land of the Wurundjeri PeopleWe have an opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join our team on a short-term 4-month contract. You will be working onsite with one key client, managing their precinct of two A grade office towers in the heart of the city.Reporting to the Director and fully supported by a network of property professionals, you would join an established team with a great culture and work ethic, putting the client first in every interaction.Here's a Snapshot of Your Day:Responsible and accountable for the overall performance of the property management and building services operations for the precinct.Maintain close liaison with owners, occupiers, and operational personnel regarding all aspects of property management including lease activities to ensure compliance, lease renewals, rent reviews, and preparation of lease and license documentation including other legal matters.Preparing detailed monthly reporting packs for property owners.Monitor all financial transactions relating to management buildings and ensure the proper authorization of payments and collection of debts.Work closely with the onsite Concierge and Events teams to ensure a one-team approach.Here Are Some of the Strengths You'll Possess and the Background You'll Need to Be Successful:Previous experience in a similar role in Property Management, ideally within commercial property.A capacity to manage client expectations with the ability to manage multiple projects and work to strict deadlines.A proactive, approachable, and professional demeanor with a high level of attention to detail.Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.Certificate of Registration and thorough knowledge of the property industry and local market.Can We Inspire You to Join Us?At CBRE, our unwavering commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion begins with you.
