Our always-on learning agenda drives their continuous improvement through building and transferring digital skills, expertise, and ideas from our innovation ecosystem.Location: MelbourneSalary: Gross (129,311 AUD- 142,018 Annual Gross) AUDRole description:QualificationBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.At least 12 years of experience with Information Technology.Required Experience:Minimum of 6 years of experience working on Iress Acurity platform.Good hands-on knowledge of Superannuation domain.Strong Analytical and Communication skills along with Planning and Co-ordination skills.Experience in designing/developing/enhancing Iress Acurity Solutions, tailored to meet the evolving needs of the industry.Customization and Integration experience to align with specific client requirements and optimize superannuation operations.Experience in System Analysis and Improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Collaborative Project Management experience to ensure timely and successful delivery of software projects.Maintain comprehensive documentation of software development processes and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.What you'll need:Iress Acurity Expertise in superannuation software development and customization.Proficiency in languages such as .NET, Java, Python, or C++.Deep understanding of the superannuation industry, including compliance standards and regulatory requirements.Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to analyze superannuation processes and creatively solve complex problems.Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.In-depth technical understanding with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.Strong knowledge of technical concepts of solution architecture and contemporary IT strategies.Strong customer service and excellent communication skills.Excellent relationship skills and stakeholder management across the business.Advanced application experience in leading technical design and strategy for complex applications.Experience training, mentoring & developing others in improving their technical skills.Strong operational background in analyzing and resolving underlying technical issues in production systems.All aspects of employment at Infosys are based on merit, competence and performance.
