Who are we looking for?
We're working with a highly regarded global mining client who has a need for a senior legal counsel to join their legal team.
This role will suit someone with extensive corporate experience, particularly in mergers & acquisitions and business development.
This role is for a period of 6 months, ideally full time.
To join us, you will: Have at least 6 years PQE ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house.Have extensive experience within the mining sector and commercial and corporate law.Be client centric - commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground running.Enjoy partnering with businesses and managing stakeholder relationships.What sets us apart?
