About the role: 5.30am start - 1.30pm (flexibility required for potential overtime pre or post shift) Monday to Friday Handloading parcels and cartons from conveyor belts into trucks, ready for our drivers to head out on the road Unloading trucks when drivers get back to the warehouse Wrapping freight by hand or using a shrink wrapper (you know - like the ones at the airport), electronically scanning parcels and updating documentation.
Forklift licence and experience highly desired What we offer you: Job security – Permanent part time position (7.5hrs per day) Work life balance Career development and training Leave entitlements 12% Superannuation Free onsite parking Uniform provided About you: You are physically fit and can be on your feet all day Have good geographical knowledge Experienced in manual handling Possess initiative and a strong work ethic Can lift at least 30kg – we assess this at a pre-employment medical check to help make sure you're safe on the job Laser focused, even when the role gets repetitive If you've got a forklift licence that's a plus, since this comes handy moving freight around the warehouse We believe investing in our people is good business That's why we have a dedicated career coaching team for our employees.
