In this role you will support the Research and Education Network (REN) with a vital role.
As a Business Support Officer, you'll:
Provide high-level admin support to REN Executives Manage correspondence with WSLHD Executive Prepare responses for queries, projects, and briefings Support research and educational functions Build strong relationships with staff across the Local Health District Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following:
Exceptional organisational skills with an ability to meet deadlines, be flexible, show initiative, and remain proficient in periods of high demand and activity.
Experience in supporting senior management and committees, including diary management, collation of papers, agendas, minutes, and action-related matters.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including sound oral and written communication.
Ability to manage workflow and movements, and work under limited direction and guidance.
Ability to interpret complex information or procedural guidelines.
Excellent computer skills, and proficiency in the use of MS Office suite, along with the ability to learn new software quickly and effectively.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic and complex environment.
Ability to interact successfully with people from all levels in public and private sector organisations.
