We're looking for people who have a professional approach to sales and customer care, great numerical and literacy skills; high attention to detail; ability to meet deadlines and a healthy outlook.
We have two exciting Member Services roles available across our Port Melbourne and St Kilda clubs.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about changing lives and wants to build a successful career in the Health and Fitness industry.
Skills and experience To be successful you will be:
Goal orientated Self Motivated Approachable and well presented Can work well under high pressure and thrive in a busy environment Confident, engaging & compelling communicator An exceptional conversationalist (but even better listener) with a warm, friendly phone manner Able to demonstrate genuine passion for health & wellbeing Previous Sales or Customer Service experience would be favorable but a great attitude is key.
Must be flexible to work some evenings and weekends.
You will be responsible for: Closing the health club Front of house duties including handling phone calls, member enquiries, sales and administration Liaising with Club Manager on monthly marketing strategies Achieving monthly targets Generating opportunities Benefits and perks South Pacific offers multiple avenues for career expansion, but also gives all team members full access to our state-of-the-art clubs, which include modern functional gym facilities and wellness zones.
We have over 150 Group Fitness classes per week, including yoga, hot yoga and reformer Pilates.
Our St Kilda club even has a 25 M saltwater pool and boasts the world's first 3 Zone Altitude Training Facility.
