(pro rata) + Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice BenefitsTemporary up to 4/7/25 and part-time working 18.75 hours per weekAbout the Role As a Program Support Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of Specialty Medicine 1, providing comprehensive administrative support to enhance patient care within Outpatient Services.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, CNARTS, your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate patient records, preparing clinics, and performing various administrative tasks to support the efficient operations of Specialty Medicine 1 and CALHN.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a positive impact on patient care.
You will have the flexibility to work across any of the CNARTS locations, giving you the chance to be involved in diverse aspects of the service.
Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be essential in assisting clinicians and staff to deliver high-quality care to patients.

About You We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual who excels in administrative support within a healthcare environment.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team.Proven experience in managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a high standard of work under pressure.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, office equipment, and familiarity with health systems like Sunrise/EMR, Pracsoft, and Medical Director.A commitment to confidentiality, excellent customer service, and continuous improvement in administrative processes.About CALHN The Central Adelaide Local Health Network includes South Australia's major quaternary facility, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and the Repat Health Precinct.
