Then look no further. This is for a Fixed Term Full Time appointment for up to 12 months with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency. What is our Coordinator Aboriginal Health Liaison role? This important position provides leadership, coordination and evaluation of our Aboriginal Hospital Liaison Program (AHLP).
It is also responsible for establishing and growing strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and providing expert advice related to service changes and program redesign.
