In a vitally important leadership role, this business is looking for an experienced Payroll Team Lead to join their team. With excellent staff benefits, this role will be an exciting opportunity for those looking for their next challenge.Job Duties Reporting into the Head of Payroll, the role will involve taking leadership of the Payroll team with key tasks involving: Developing, mentoring and leading a payroll team Overseeing the end to end payroll processing Develop and strive for process improvement to improve efficiency Proving accurate information in response to employee queriesPreparation of monthly payroll journals Provide ongoing training Ensure relevant awards and legislation are interpreted Candidate Profile The successful applicant will have proven leadership experience in a similar Payroll Team Lead position along with the following skills and attributes: Proven experience leading and managing teamsEstablished experience working within a medium or large sized organisation Excellent communication skills both written and verbal The ability to interpret numerous awards and EBAs Experience working in a medium to large organisation Proven process improvement initiatives Whilst not necessary, experience using Chris 21 / iChris would be very helpfulWhat's on Offer Excellent salary - Circa $140,000 salary package City location Highly respected organisation Flexible work arrangements on offer To discuss further, please contanct Daniel Close on 0431 284 *** or ****** Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for .
