What your days might look like As a Global Social Media Manager, you'll be reporting to the Senior Creative Content Manager.
The mission for this role is to manage Employment Hero's social media presence by executing and optimising strategies that deliver consistent, engaging, and high-quality content.
Responsibilities: Demonstrate deep knowledge of platform-specific best practices, trends, and algorithms for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.Plan, create, and execute visually engaging and innovative content tailored to target audiences.Track and interpret social media performance data to make data-driven decisions.Work effectively across teams, fostering strong communication and coordination with internal stakeholders.Bring bold, original ideas to the table, constantly pushing the boundaries of social media content.Thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly adjusting to new trends and priorities.What you will bring: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content calendar aligned with Employment Hero's brand strategy.Lead the creation of engaging social-first video content, ensuring innovative storytelling.Oversee and enhance Community Management activities executed by two coordinators.Execute innovative social media campaigns to increase followers and engagement rates.Track, analyse, and report on the performance of social media content and campaigns.Are we a match?
