Immediate Start | Temp position with opportunity for perm Part time 3 days moving to full time for permanent Key stakeholder engagement for multiple divisions Based in Macquarie Park up to $65/hr plus super The Organisation: This not-for-profit research institute is an internationally recognised leader in research, clinical diagnosis and treatment dedicated to respiratory health and sleep research.
Established for nearly 40 years, the institute focuses on understanding and addressing conditions such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and sleep disorders.
The dedicated multidisciplinary team of specialists are at the forefront of their fields, with access to the latest innovations in diagnosis and evidence-based treatments for better patient care.Key Responsibilities: Working from Macquarie Park 3 days onsite as its part time role, being full time for permanent transition Partnering & supporting managers across multiple business units Provide advice around Awards & legislation Provide expertise on industrial & employee relations Oversee recruitment, WHS, performance management Assist with mitigating risk, perform analysis & provide communications to the organisation Desirable Qualifications: Minimum of 6 years' experience in senior HR or similar roles Ideally tertiary qualified & any other relevant qualifications Health experience, NFP experience leading small teams Extensive industrial/employee relations experience Able to interpret relevant awards & legislations At Beaumont People we believe a diverse workplace is a happy workplace, and we love working with organisations that feel the same way.
