HR Business Partner positionPaying up to $190K packageFabulous team with a great culture & inclusive environmentTHE ORGANISATION My client is a leader within the Professional services world, driven & highly competitive as an organisation, they are constantly challenging the status quo. The organisation is currently undergoing significant growth, and they are seeking a Senior HR Advisor or BP to come on board and continue to build on the positive culture they have created. The HR team are warm, hardworking and results driven. You will be supported and challenged daily within this business.
THE ROLE The focus of this role is to positively influence the business, and essentially become one of the go-to people within this organisation. You will be in a generalist position encompassing all aspects of HR, advising and coaching managers and senior stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes possible. You will be responsible for assisting with all ER matters (not high volume) in the hope of achieving great outcomes for the employee and the business. You will facilitate the rollout and training of various HR and business initiatives. You will coordinate performance management and succession planning programs throughout the business. Influencing leaders and employees will be a weekly challenge for you, always recommending new approaches, policies, and procedures to affect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and employee development. You will also manage activities associated with workforce planning, performance management, learning and development, compensation, employee relations, org development, compensation, and policy initiatives.
THE CRITERIA To be successful in this role you have been in a Senior HR Advisor or BP role for at least 5 years. You will have a background in Professional Services ideally as well as working knowledge of Australian HR employment law. You will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills with business presence, and you are a Business Partner who promotes a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). You are friendly, considerate & a team player but firm when needed.
