Senior HR Business Partner Join a well established prestigious organisation, during an exciting period of change & transformation as a Senior HR Business Partner.
Circa $170,000 to $185,000 package inclusive of superannuation Sydney CBD Location - Hybrid flexibility Focus on a broad range of projects and OD change initiatives to deliver About the Organisation: We are proud to be partnering with a world-renowned organisation & respected brand in its sector.
You will be joining the organisation during an exciting period of change & transformation, with a focus on Organisational Development & Talent Management.
This role will see you collaborating with a dynamic, energised HR team & supporting a diverse client group.
About the Role: As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be playing an essential role in aligning strategic people initiatives the the broader business strategy.
Partnering with a designated client group, you will be responsible for but not limited to: Offering expert advice on all People related matters Focus on Organisational design, talent & succession planning Lead change initiatives within client group Driving initiatives related to employee engagement, diversity, inclusion, and leadership development.
About You: We are looking for an experienced, senior HR Business Partner who comes with excellent stakeholder management skills and is seen as a trusted advisor to their client group.
You will have the ability to influence when needed and demonstrate commercial acumen.
Additionally, you will bring: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience business partnering within a large-scale organisation Strong stakeholder management skills Organisation Development, change & talent management experience is essential Proven capability in working autonomously and collaborating with cross-functional teams What's on Offer: A collaborative, dynamic & energised team environment.
