Our home, based on the Mornington Peninsula, comprises 102 beds and provides customers with a continuum of options from independence through to clinical care and memory support.
It offers a state-of-the-art facility within a light-filled interior, on-site café, private dining facilities, hair salon, spa, and gym, along with many other activities in the peninsula precinct.
Your New Role: We currently have a Clinical Care Manager full-time position available.
The Clinical Care Manager will lead and support the coordination of all clinical and care needs for Residential Aged Care residents, ensuring that service delivery is met to a high standard.
Responsibilities will include: Role model the aspired Leadership behaviours to source, lead, develop and retain high-quality team members aligned to the Australian Unity culture.Lead the clinical and care delivery across the aged care facility.Lead the effective delivery of a range of customer-centred and compliant aged care services through collaboration with the site management team and central support services.Work closely with the General Manager to ensure RAC residents receive services of the required standard to enhance their Wellbeing and align with their preferences and needs for non-clinical services, including Food, Lifestyle, Allied Health, and Additional Services under Better Together Plus.Help to develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets and strategies to ensure accommodation and services are delivered in a cost-effective manner and that revenue, costs, and capex are managed within set budgets.Collaborate with Retirement and Assisted Living Community Teams to support the delivery of the end-to-end Better Together customer value proposition, including the identification of suitable RAC occupancy and service delivery opportunities.About you: Above all, you will be an accomplished Clinical Leader who can develop and drive our clinical care strategy while demonstrating our Values of Bold, Warm, and Honest. Does this sound like you? Qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.Experience and knowledge regarding AN-ACC funding and NQIP reporting.Knowledge of ACQSC accreditation, procedures, and standards.Desirable: Tertiary qualifications in Business or similar and/or a minimum of four (4) years equivalent management experience in a similar role.An accomplished People Leader with proven experience delivering effective coaching and performance management while creating a positive 'values'-based culture.Must have full work rights to work in Australia.We value our Residential Communities teams and the wonderful work they do.
