Care Manager – Residential Aged Care Are you a skilled and compassionate Clinical Care Manager looking to step into a dynamic leadership role in residential aged care?
This is your chance to lead a team of dedicated professionals, driving clinical and operational excellence to deliver exceptional care for residents in a welcoming and resident-focused environment.
THESE ROLES ARE NOT IN MELBOURNE, SEEKING CARE MANAGERS INTERESTED IN RELOCATION. The Role As the Care Manager, you will oversee clinical operations and ensure high-quality, resident-centric care.
You will use your leadership skills to guide and support nurses and personal care staff while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
This position also involves managing human, material, and financial resources in alignment with budgetary requirements and organisational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the clinical care team to deliver safe and contemporary care practices.Plan, allocate, and delegate duties to ensure policies and procedures are followed.Maintain compliance with Quality Agency Standards and other relevant aged care legislation.Lead and mentor staff to create a positive workplace culture focused on innovation and resident satisfaction.Participate in accreditation processes and ensure continuous improvement in care delivery.Requirements Essential:
Bachelor of Nursing (Registered Nurse) and current AHPRA registration.At least 3 years of experience in residential aged care.Working knowledge of aged care standards, regulations, and documentation requirements.Strong clinical knowledge and skills aligned with contemporary practice.Current National Police Certificate or ability to acquire one.Desirable:
Prior nursing management experience.Familiarity with accreditation processes.What's on Offer:
