Job DescriptionSupervise and support the Front Office team to deliver outstanding customer service.Ensure smooth daily operations at the Front Desk including processes such as check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests.Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.Lead by example, with high energy, a 'can-do' attitude and true passion for guest experience.Champion upselling, making sure Department targets are met.Handle and manage transactions, billing, and guest accounts.Build relationships and rapport with other Departments to assist in the smooth running of the Hotel operation.Seek out opportunities to create special moments and experiences for our guests.QualificationsPrevious experience in a Front Office leadership role within a Hotel or Resort.Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.Proficiency in Opera.Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.Full working rights in Australia.Additional InformationAt Accor, we are committed to ensuring our people #feelwelcome and #feelvalued by creating an inclusive and supportive environment.
