In this role, you'll:
Join the Client Engagement Team, working in the Project Delivery space, and contribute to driving the successful delivery of secure, effective and efficient technology solutions that enhance the experience of our customers, passengers and people.
Lead and deliver complex IT projects, predominately in the SAP space, ensuring successful outcomes and meeting stringent deadlines.
Inclusively you will also undertake and drive project assessments, delivery processes and guidance in assessing operations across multiple projects, ensuring compliance and working within a project management framework to ensure projects are delivered to best practice standards, are commercially sound and meet the needs of key stakeholders across TfNSW.
Oversee development of business cases, preparation of funding proposals, project plans, budget estimates, risk management, design, project variation requests, status reporting and briefing notes to meet client and project delivery standards.
Balance competing pressures on project scope, performance, cost, program and risk while meeting key stakeholder expectations and ensuring that all activities are underpinned by evidence-based decisions to achieve sound outcomes for present and future communities.
TSSM Fixed Term, Full time opportunity to June 2025 | Hybrid working - WFM mixed with 1- 2 days attendance at Macquarie park Home Office (Wednesday's are the teams office day).

You demonstrate the following requirements:
Experience (5+ years) in project management.
History of managing multiple SAP implementation projects (in particular S/4 Hana), highly desirable.
Experience working at a senior or executive level in a complex organisation, delivering specialist advice to executive leadership.
Leadership and management capabilities, including the ability to strategically lead, influence, promote and motivate highly skilled technical staff to deliver desired outcomes.
Appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrated, relevant, equivalent professional experience.
