Senior Project ManagerSydney Salary negotiable, dependent on experience Permanent, full timeFast-growing, innovative, technology-led design and manufacturer, based in Sydney is looking for a Senior Project Manager to work closely with a cross-disciplined team and team leaders to monitor and manage project progress. The RoleAs Senior Project Manager you will act as right-hand person to the Program Manager, reporting on project progress, risk, critical paths and resource bottlenecks. You will work cohesively with the team to provide practical solutions to roadblocks to deliver projects on time, within budget and to high quality standards in the New Product Group. Your responsibilities will include:Delivery of projects from briefing through to market in a fast-paced product development environmentEnsuring all projects uphold a high standard of functional and technical performanceManaging inputs from key stakeholdersReporting to the Director of PMOMonitoring, revising, and reporting on project progress dailyManaging project managers and providing direction and supportGenerating portfolio plans and reports for the new product portfolioFacilitating PMO meetingsProviding clarity and streamlining project communication in the teamStrong focus on documentationSkills and Experience8+ years of experience in field of project managementExperience in software and firmware projectsExperience in consumer electronics or related fieldExperience in both waterfall and agile methodologyStrong organisational skillsMeticulous attention to detailSelf-disciplined team player, able to work in multi-disciplinary team environmentGood written and verbal communication to all internal and external stakeholdersBenefitsYou will work with the finest technologies in metal engineering and production in a cutting-edge facility where the team enjoy a culture of collaboration, best-practise and innovationWork with passionate, hardworking, and talented colleagues who thrive in challenging situationsOnsite gym and wellbeing programOnsite parkingFree employee assistance program, available 24/7Company values diversity in the workplace and encourages applications from of all genders, ages and backgroundsN.B.
