What will I be responsible for?
• Manage scope and delivery to the endorsed scope and delivery plan.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders on day-to-day basis to achieve the project objectives.
• Support your project team through end-to-end delivery including any necessary escalation and facilitate agile ceremonies.
• Manage delivery governance and project health in line with the Technology Simplification/Transformation Policy and Standards including proactive RAID management and reporting of critical items early to Senior Management.
• Actively support various technology provider teams to enable efficient plan execution.
• Support reporting and engagement with oversight and audit/ assurance functions.
• Participate in the planning and delivery of Risk Management and Change Management activities to support the implementation.

What do I need?
Essential: • 7+ years' experience managing project delivery of >$3M projects • Experience in Banking and Finance technology • Multiple systems integration experience • Experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies • Technical Management and solutioning skills • Strong communication skills • Proactive planning and risk management skills • Strong senior stakeholder management skills (Business & IT) Preferred: • Previous experience in combined Business & IT project management What's it like to work there?
