What you'll do As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead complex projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet organisational goals and are delivered on time and within budget.
You will manage cross-functional teams, foster stakeholder relationships, and provide regular updates, while driving process improvements and mentoring junior team members.
Lead and deliver multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Manage stakeholder relationships, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Coordinate internal and external resources for optimal project execution.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
Drive continuous process improvements for efficiency.
Mentor junior staff, promoting a high-performance team culture.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
What you'll bring A minimum 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
Relevant tertiary qualifications and certifications (e.g., CPPM, PRINCE2, PMP).
Proven track record managing large, cross-functional projects.
Strong understanding of IT operations; ITIL certification preferred.
Extensive experience in regulated environments and leading complex projects.
Experience with cloud technologies and migration projects.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
