RFQ roleMelbourne-basedHybrid setupResponsibilities Contribute to the Enterprise Architecture Knowledgebase as the centralised repository by analysing all available information and capturing the relationships between objects, and other considerations to inform architectural decisions.
Potentially developing integrations of data feeds from other data sources, in addition to new knowledge capture/creation.Dashboards and visualisations to consolidate data and support informed decision-making across the organisation.Update knowledge publishing, including definitions and data management/data ownership.Update Governance framework documentation of guidelines and processes required to support ongoing development and maintenance of the Enterprise Architecture Knowledgebase.Assist in the development of processes, artefacts, templates, and tools required to support effective governance and decision-making.Stakeholder engagement reports which summarise collaboration with business and IT stakeholders, including key findings and insights gathered during information collection activities.Knowledge sharing across all aspects of the work with other team members and regular progress updates on deliverables, challenges, and outcomes.Criteria Extensive experience operating in large, complex environments, ideally within Government organisations, including demonstrable broad business and ICT stakeholder collaboration in such environments.Strong background in shaping business transformation in organisations that operate within a complex business ecosystem (rather than merely in direct delivery).Formal education and/or professional development in Enterprise Architecture practices in approaches beyond merely TOGAF.Demonstrable appreciation of Enterprise Architecture and Business Architecture practices and understanding of business concepts rather than being purely IT-centric.Understanding and hands-on experience with EA database tools (such as Ardoq, Capsify, LeanIX, etc) for mapping data elements, and relationships, describing ecosystems, and developing decision-support visualisations.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including business and IT teams, to gather and synthesise information across complex organisational ecosystems.Proficiency in analysing, documenting and understanding the alignment of strategies, objectives and change initiatives including impacts on applications.Experience in developing knowledgebases or similar repositories to support strategic decision-making and organisational objectives.
This includes having a good understanding of EA Standards-based metamodeling.Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical and non-technical information clearly and persuasively.
In particular, presenting EA-tool-based information to business stakeholders.Experience in embedding EA practices and knowledge use in Strategic Portfolio Management.Experience in developing and implementing ICT governance functions (beyond / not including project governance), including the design and deployment of processes, artefacts, templates, and tools.Why Fujitsu?
