Visual Analytics Specialist opportunity to support the Office of Chief University Infrastructure Casual opportunity starting end of January 2025 HEO5 Step 1 $59.21 per hour excluding Superannuation About the opportunity The Visual Analytics Specialist will synthesise complex requirements from customers and integrate user input, developing analytics dashboards over complex datasets using modern tools and design governance frameworks.
They will have a keen eye for effective visual communication using charts and infographics and an understanding of UI/UX design principles.
Your key responsibilities will be to: develop visual analytic outputs drive the design and development of analytical and data science initiatives and capabilities of UI Business Intelligence in partnership collaborate with key stakeholders to implement and embed analytics as a core business process across the UI community undertake ad-hoc projects and other activities About you Undergraduate, Graduate or Post Graduate Students with demonstrated experience in the key activities and accountabilities Proficient use of Microsoft Power BI Demonstrated experience in producing reports using Power BI Experience in working with customers to develop reports Sponsorship / work rights for Australia You must have work rights in Australia for the duration of this employment to apply.
