Our team of Melanographers and the Dermatologists we work with have been detecting and diagnosing melanoma for over two decades, and our new full treatment clinics mean we are a premium skin health care provider across Australasia.
Only MoleMap's proven system combines head-to-toe skin mapping by trained Melanographers with expert diagnosis of any suspicious moles by specialist Dermatologists, and accurate and timely clinical treatment by specialist GPs.
That's what makes us unique and what makes our skin cancer detection & treatment service so effective.
About the Role
Through MoleMap for Business, we provide skin checks to employees through workplace programs, paid for or subsidised by their employers.
This is an important channel for making skin checks more affordable and accessible to more people.
We are currently expanding our team and need additional support.
If you are a whip-smart, self-organised professional with excellent customer service skills, we would love for you to join our team.
The role is full-time and based out of Sydney, Australia.
Responsibilities
Generating onsite booking links Fielding enquiries and requests Keeping internal sales systems up to date Liaising between sales, ops, and the client Booking travel Client reporting Managing client expectations About You
The following personal attributes and skills will see you stand out:
