During your onboarding period, you will have access to daily supervision as you find your feet.
You will receive regular operational supervision from your team leader and clinical supervision is available to you via Slack for quick questions, or by booking a supervision session with an experienced clinician.

Our annual home office allowance allows you to set up your space just how you like it and a data allowance is paid to cover your internet access.

You will also feel super connected to the rest of the team through all our social virtual (and in-person) catch-ups.
Professional DevelopmentYou have an annual professional development budget and paid days to attend the PD.
Your team leader will work with you to design a bespoke learning plan that will be a mix of external and internal PD.
Our in-house PD library has over 50 hours of videos
You will attend our virtual training days and in-person annual retreat (all expenses paid

A day in the life of a Speechie at Pop: You will hop on your laptop (provided to you by Pop) and conduct your therapy sessions with the clients that you have scheduled for the day (using the tools in the big resource box you are provided by us, as well as the endless online resources we have available).In between seeing these clients, you may:Have a team meeting with an in-service.Do your note-taking and preparing for your future sessions.Have a virtual lunch/activity with your micro-team.Have a supervision session with one of our amazing clinical supervisors.Who are you? You are passionate about telehealth and believe in its value.You are passionate about creating ripples and impact for your clients.You are flexible to change and possess the ability to pivot and think on your feet.You have a desire to learn and have demonstrated a commitment to lifelong learning.You are a holistic therapist and enjoy getting creative.You are tech-savvy and feel comfortable using online platforms such as Zoom.You have formal qualifications in Speech Pathology.You have a current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership.You have a Medicare provider number.You're based in Australia & have full working rights.Want to learn more?
