Business Manager - Automotive Collision Repair Fortress is an independent, market-leading automotive repairer and partner of choice for insurers.
We specialise in high severity collision repairs, taking on the challenges involved in complex, non-drivable, stolen/recovered, and mechanical repair.

The Opportunity
Fortress requires an experienced Business Manager with the capability to lead customer, estimating, and parts departments in a high-volume repair facility.
This exciting opportunity will find you responsible and accountable for daily site operations support and people management.
You will ensure a service delivery approach responsive to operational, customer, and client requirements and drive consistent, best practice process.
Responsibilities
Oversee site operations support, engaging with the team to ensure that client and customer standards, and estimating and parts practices are achieved in line with site KPIs and commercial SLAs.
Drive service excellence and profitability, monitoring customer communication and satisfaction, estimating and parts KPI compliance, and cost and margin management reporting, using intelligence and analytics tools to understand site performance.
Provide service excellence guidance, sharing your industry knowledge and experience, including responsibility for the development and growth of team capability and skills.
Lead the team, overseeing staffing levels, including recruitment and development, performance management, and the implementation of culture and talent initiatives to maintain high retention.
Induct, support, and train new employees, monitoring progress and communicating feedback.
Monitor and actively engage in preventative WHS management and compliance, communicating expectations and leading by example.
