What this opportunity involves:
The Facilities Manager will lead a team to manage the day-to-day client activities for the assigned properties, and be the on-site key point of contact for key stakeholders and/or client.
The role will assume responsibility for site budgets, accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, contract services, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk.

An Overview of the role:
Proactively develop and manage occupier and client relationships to ensure service delivery expectations are fulfilled Responsibility for the delivery of customer and property services to a portfolio of buildings Conduct building inspections and complete reports within governance timeframe for respective portfolio Maintain compliance with regulations / requirements of client contract and all facilities procedures Proactively contribute to the effective and efficient operations of portfolio/facilities and share continuous improvement initiatives Liaise with facilities vendors and coordinate facilities works in conjunction with JLL PDS account team Deliver facilities related projects in line with agreed budget or works Proactive management and monitoring of service outputs to achieve standards against KPI's and service level targets, report regularly to key stakeholders Understand the operational and technical requirements of the elements of the site for which JLL is responsible Sounds like you?
This is what we are looking for:
Min.
Bachelor's degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field &/or 5-8 years' experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field Has experience working in technology company environment Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements Knowledge of critical facilities Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services Has an understanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system) Proven capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts Strong budget management and financial analysis skills What you can expect from us:
