Product Risk & Compliance Manager, Perpetual Wealth ManagementPerpetual Group is an ASX-listed company (ASX:PPT) headquartered in Sydney, Australia, currently consisting of 11 leading brands across three distinct businesses: Asset Management, Wealth Management and Corporate Trust.An exciting opportunity to be part of Perpetual Wealth Management as a Risk & Compliance Manager - Product focusing on supporting the Head of Risk & Compliance in all Risk & Compliance activities to ensure appropriate coverage is maintained and service is delivered.About the role:Implement & where appropriate develop PWM's Risk & Compliance Risk Management Framework and relevant frameworks, programs, systems, tools, and policies.Ensure PWM adheres to all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies and all products (managed investment schemes & superannuation) comply with relevant financial regulations and standards.Conduct and document thorough regulatory analyses of new products and services and regulatory change/updates, ensuring that appropriate controls are in place before launch in conjunction with the product team.Maintain and update the Modern Slavery Framework including that it ensures compliance with the relevant legislation.Identify, assess, and prioritise risks associated with PWM's operations and products & develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimise potential impacts.Conduct thorough risk assessments for new and existing products, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.About you:Degree qualified in law, finance or business degree5+ financial services experience in compliance or legal roles with asset management experience essentialExcellent communicator and relationship managerConfident presenter in front of senior stakeholdersProven ability to be results oriented and drive good stakeholder outcomesStrategic ThinkerDesire and aptitude to deliver innovative solutions in the delivery of team strategyEmployee benefitsWork from anywhere in Australia for up to one month each year.An annual allowance to empower you to prioritise your personal wellbeing.Access to LinkedIn learning, study support and commitment to supporting professional development.We have partnered with Jawun for over 10 years supporting regional Indigenous organisations.Diversity and inclusionWGEA Employer of Choice for gender equality since 2018.Strong commitment to all aspects of Diversity and Inclusion through a robust 7 pillar strategy.A growing number of employee-led networks who work to raise awareness and drive continued change.We support over 50 First Nations Communities, helping to secure the communities future.
